As a Realtor, I can assist you in finding the right home, right area, right schools to suit your needs. When buying, make a list of what is important to you and what you will sacrifice if need be. For instance, if you prefer a two story, will you give that up for a one story home? If you desire three bedrooms, will 2 bedrooms plus a den work or maybe an oversized two bedroom?
If you enter into a contract for a short sale, be prepared to be extremely patient! However, there are good deals out there if you are willing to wait.
